🍰 Classic Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 ml espresso
- 12 Stück Ladyfingers
- 2 EL Cocoa Powder
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
- 2 EL Coffee Liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Brew espresso and let it cool.
- 2. Mix mascarpone with sugar and vanilla extract.
- 3. Whip heavy cream and fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
- 4. Dip ladyfingers briefly in the coffee liqueur-espresso mixture.
- 5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish, then spread mascarpone mixture on top.
- 6. Repeat layers and dust with cocoa powder.
- 7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
