Ingredients
- 200 g Macaroni
- 150 g Cheddar Cheese
- 200 ml Milk
- 30 g butter
- 30 g Flour
- 30 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- 2. Melt butter in a pot, then stir in flour.
- 3. Slowly add milk while stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
- 4. Add cheese and stir until melted.
- 5. Stir in the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce.
- 6. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake for about 10 minutes.
