Ingredients
- 1 Napa cabbage
- ¼ Sea salt
- 4 Water
- 5 Garlic
- 2 Ginger
- 3 Chili powder
- 1 Sugar
- 3 Green onions
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Napa cabbage into quarters and sprinkle with sea salt.
- 2. Cover with water in a bowl and let sit for 1 hour.
- 3. Blend garlic and ginger, mix with chili powder and sugar.
- 4. Chop green onions.
- 5. Mix the drained cabbage with the spice mixture and green onions.
- 6. Put into a jar and let ferment at room temperature for 2-3 days.
