🍳 Classic Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

- 2 English Muffins
- 4 Scheiben Ham
- 4 EL Butter
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat water in a pot and lightly salt it.
- 2. Halve and toast the muffins.
- 3. Sauté the ham slices lightly.
- 4. Poach the eggs in the simmering water for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Melt butter and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- 6. Top the muffins with ham, place the poached egg on top, and drizzle with sauce.
