🥪 Classic Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 400 g Ground beef
- 4 Scheiben Cheddar cheese
- 2 Stück Hamburger buns
- 4 Blätter Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL ketchup
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Divide ground beef into two equal portions and form patties.
- 2. Season patties with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 4. In the last two minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty.
- 5. Toast the hamburger buns and layer the bottom halves with lettuce, patties, tomato, and onion.
- 6. Add ketchup, close with top buns, and serve.
