🍲 Classic Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Basil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- 2. Add tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
- 3. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Season with basil, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Blend the soup and serve hot.
