Ingredients
- 1 Stück (800g) Pork Knuckle
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Carrot
- 1 Stück Celery
- 2 Stück Bay Leaf
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 2 Stück Dumplings
- 500 ml Broth
Instructions
- 1. Season the pork knuckle with salt and pepper.
- 2. Chop the onion, carrot, and celery coarsely.
- 3. Sear the knuckle in a roasting pan and add the vegetables.
- 4. Add broth and bay leaf. Roast at 180°C for 2 hours.
- 5. Prepare the dumplings according to package instructions.
- 6. Serve the pork knuckle with the dumplings.
