Ingredients
- 200 g Beef
- 150 g Rice noodles
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 1 Handvoll Coriander
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 L Broth
Instructions
- 1. Slice the beef thinly.
- 2. Halve and sauté the onion and ginger.
- 3. Add broth and season, then bring to a boil.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Add beef slices to the broth and let simmer briefly.
- 6. Serve together and garnish with coriander.
