Ingredients
- 1 Tasse Rice
- 1/4 Tasse urad dal
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Mustard Seeds
- 1 TL Cumin Seeds
- 1 TL Salt
- zum Braten Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice and urad dal for 4-5 hours.
- 2. Grind mixture to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.
- 3. Boil and mash potatoes, mix with onion, mustard seeds, and cumin.
- 4. Spread batter thinly on a hot pan and fill.
- 5. Fry both sides until golden brown.
