Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Stück Eggs
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes.
- 2. Mix with flour, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 3. Form the mixture into dumplings.
- 4. Place in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
- 5. Drain and serve.
