🍕 Classic Focaccia with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 150 ml Water
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Sugar
- 2 TL Fresh rosemary
- 1 TL Sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add water and olive oil and knead into a dough.
- 3. Let the dough rise for 60 minutes in a warm place.
- 4. Place the dough on a baking sheet and press with fingers.
- 5. Sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary, and sea salt.
- 6. Let rise for another 30 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven.
