Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 10 g Baking Powder
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Eggs
- 30 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- 2. Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- 3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir briefly.
- 4. Heat a skillet and melt some butter in it.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- 6. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side.
