Ingredients
- 150 Jasmine rice
- 100 kimchi
- 2 Fried egg
- 2 Spring onion
- 2 Sesame oil
- 1 Soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté spring onions.
- 3. Add kimchi and stir-fry for a moment.
- 4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
- 5. Fry the eggs in a separate pan.
- 6. Divide the rice-kimchi mixture into two bowls and top with a fried egg.
