🍲 Kimchi Stew

Ingredients
- 200g Fermented Cabbage (Kimchi)
- 150g tofu
- 500ml Water or Broth
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 EL Chili Paste (Gochujang)
- 2 Zehen Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Slice green onions into rings.
- 2. Chop garlic finely.
- 3. In a pot, bring the water or broth to a boil over medium heat.
- 4. Add kimchi and gochujang, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Cube tofu and add it to the pot, simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 6. Add green onions and garlic, let it steep for 5 minutes.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
