🍲 Kimchi Stew

Ingredients
- 200 g Kimchi
- 150 g Tofu
- 2 Stk. Spring Onions
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 500 ml Water
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add kimchi and water, bring to a boil.
- 4. Add tofu and soy sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Add spring onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
