Ingredients
- 200 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 Bund Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This saves cooking time later.
- 2. Cook the 200 g spaghetti in salted water al dente. Follow the package instructions.
- 3. Wash the 200 g salmon fillet and pat it dry. Moisture prevents browning.
- 4. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes. Pieces about 2-3 cm are ideal.
- 5. Peel the 1 clove of garlic and chop it finely. Not too small, or it will burn.
- 6. Wash the 1 bunch of parsley and chop it finely. Save some green for later.
- 7. Mix salmon, garlic, parsley, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.
- 8. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the salmon mix and stir well. The oil prevents drying out.
- 9. Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket. Ensure even spacing.
- 10. Cook the salmon at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes. It's done when it flakes easily.
- 11. Put the drained spaghetti in a large bowl. They are still hot, be careful.
- 12. Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil over the spaghetti. Stir so they don't stick.
- 13. Gently fold the warm salmon pieces into the pasta. Do not stir too hard, the salmon falls apart.
- 14. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining parsley. This adds color and freshness.
- 15. Serve immediately. It's perfect when the salmon stays juicy and the pasta shines.
