🍛 Chickpea Curry with Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 Dose chickpeas
- 200 g spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 TL curry powder
- 1 TL ginger
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic.
- 2. Add chopped ginger and curry powder.
- 3. Add chickpeas and coconut milk.
- 4. Mix with spinach, let simmer briefly.
- 5. Serve with rice.
