🥪 Chickpea Burger

Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas
- 30 g oats
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL cumin
- 2 EL parsley
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Form mixture into patties and fry in a pan with olive oil.
- 5. Fry each side for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve on a burger bun and enjoy.
