Ingredients
- 150g fine bulgur
- 150g ground beef
- 1 Stück onion
- 30g parsley
- 50g walnuts
- 3 EL olive oil
- 1 TL cumin
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak bulgur in water for about 30 minutes and drain.
- 2. Sauté ground beef in a pan with onion, cumin, and salt.
- 3. Combine bulgur, sautéed meat, parsley, and walnuts in a bowl.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
- 5. Fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
