🍲 Khoresht-e Sabzi (Herb Stew)

Ingredients
- 200g beef
- 200g green herbs (parsley, coriander, chives)
- 1 onion
- 2EL oil
- 1TL turmeric
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 500ml water
Instructions
- 1. Cube beef and sauté.
- 2. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Chop green herbs roughly and add.
- 4. Add turmeric and spices.
- 5. Add water and simmer for about 1 hour.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
