🍲 Khoresh Gheymé (Lentil Stew with Dried Limes)

Ingredients
- 250g beef
- 100g lentils
- 1 onion
- 2EL tomato paste
- 2 dried limes
- 3EL oil
- 1 Prise spices (turmeric, cinnamon)
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Cube beef and sauté in oil.
- 2. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Stir in lentils and tomato paste.
- 4. Add water, place limes in, and add spices.
- 5. Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
