Ingredients
- 100g Basmati rice
- 100g Yellow lentils
- 1 Carrots
- 50g Peas
- 1 TL Cumin seeds
- 2 EL Ghee
- nach Geschmack Salt
- 500ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice and lentils.
- 2. Heat ghee in a pot, add cumin seeds and sauté.
- 3. Dice carrots and add with peas to the pot, sauté briefly.
- 4. Add rice, lentils, and water, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until rice and lentils are cooked.
