Ingredients
- 200g Tofu
- 200g Egg noodles
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 2 EL Curry paste
- 100g Broccoli
- 100g Carrots
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and sauté.
- 2. Add curry paste and vegetables, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk and 500ml water, bring to a boil.
- 4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Place noodles in bowls, pour soup over them, and serve.
