  3. 3. Add Khao Soi curry paste and sauté briefly.
  4. 4. Add coconut milk and 500ml water, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Place noodles in bowls and pour soup over. Garnish with fresh vegetables.
