Ingredients
- 300g Chicken thighs
- 200g Egg noodles
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 2 EL Curry paste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- 1. Brown chicken thighs in a pot until golden.
- 2. Add onion and curry paste, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk and 500ml water, bring to a boil.
- 4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Place noodles in bowls, pour soup over them, and serve with lime.
