Ingredients
- 200g Jasmine Rice
- 200g Chicken Breast
- 2 EL Peanut Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Peas
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2. Heat peanut oil in a large pan, sauté garlic.
- 3. Add chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- 4. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble well.
- 5. Add peas and cooked rice, season with soy sauce, and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve with lime juice.
