Ingredients
- 200g Chicken Breast
- 200g Jasmine Rice
- 500ml Chicken Broth
- 20g Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 1 Prise Chili Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken in a pot with broth, garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Cook rice in the chicken broth until done.
- 3. Remove chicken, slice, and keep warm.
- 4. Plate the rice and place the chicken on top.
- 5. Garnish with cucumber slices, cilantro, and soy sauce.
- 6. Serve with chili sauce to taste.
