Ingredients
- 100g Rice Flour
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 50g Sugar
- 1 Prise Salt
- 100g Grated Coconut
- 100ml Water
- 2 Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1. Mix rice flour, sugar, salt, and water in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Add coconut milk and grated coconut, and mix well.
- 3. Heat a special Khanom Krok pan and grease it lightly with oil.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake over medium heat for 10 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- 5. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
