Ingredients
- 150 Broccoli
- 150 Zucchini
- 150 Cheese (e.g. Cheddar)
- 100 Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut broccoli and zucchini into small pieces.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- 3. Add vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. In a bowl, mix cream, eggs, and cheese.
- 5. Add vegetables to the mixture and mix well.
- 6. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
