Ingredients
- 200g Chicken Breast
- 100g Leaf Salad
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/4 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken breast and cut into strips.
- 2. Combine salad and vegetables in a bowl.
- 3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- 4. Place chicken strips on top of the salad.
- 5. Garnish with avocado and serve.
