- 4 Eggs
- 100 Spinach
- 50 Feta Cheese
- 1 Olive Oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Crack eggs into a bowl and season.
- 2. Sauté spinach in a pan with olive oil.
- 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let set.
- 4. Sprinkle feta cheese over the omelette.
- 5. Fold the omelette in half and serve.
