Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 EL Cilantro
- 1 EL Lime Juice
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/4 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop avocado, tomato, and onion into small pieces.
- 2. Combine in a bowl and add cilantro.
- 3. Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- 4. Plate and serve.
