Ingredients
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 EL Parsley
- 1 Eggs
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead well.
- 3. Form small balls.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
- 5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
