Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 400 g fresh spinach
- 200 g feta
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion finely and sweat it until translucent in a pan. Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then let it cool and squeeze out any excess liquid.
- 2. Crumble the feta and mix it well with the spinach and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 3. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry, roll it up, and seal the ends well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
