🥤 Spinach-Avocado Smoothie: The Green Power Drink

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 banana
- 250 ml water or plant milk
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until a creamy texture is achieved. If necessary, add a bit more liquid.
- 3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately – best when well chilled.
