Ingredients
- 400 g green asparagus
- 200 g shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean the asparagus thoroughly, remove the tough ends, and cut into small pieces.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the shrimp together with the finely chopped garlic until they turn pink. Then remove from the pan.
- 3. Sauté the asparagus in the same pan until crisp. Add the shrimp back to the pan, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix everything briefly.
