🍰 Shaun the Sheep Cake: Step-by-Step Guide

Ingredients
- 220g soft butter
- 110g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 eggs (size M)
- 170g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 50ml milk
- 100g chocolate chips
- 200g dark chocolate coating
- 30g butter
- 250g black fondant
- 250g white fondant
- 1 large packet small marshmallows
Instructions
- 1. Grease the springform pan with some fat.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 3. Beat the soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy.
- 4. Add the eggs one by one to the butter mixture and continue beating.
- 5. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 6. Alternate adding the dry mixture and the milk to the batter, stirring until smooth.
- 7. Gently fold in the chocolate chunks.
- 8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 9. Smooth the surface.
- 10. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- 11. Let the cake cool down completely.
- 12. Knead the fondant thoroughly until it is pliable.
- 13. Roll out the fondant.
- 14. Cut out Shaun's face shape with a knife.
- 15. Cut out the ears.
- 16. Shape and cut out the eyes and hair.
- 17. Moisten the backs of the pieces with a little water.
- 18. Stick the pieces together and set them aside.
- 19. Remove the springform from the cake.
- 20. Place the cake on a serving board.
- 21. Melt the dark chocolate coating with a little butter in a double boiler.
- 22. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the cake.
- 23. Attach Shaun's face to the desired spot using a little chocolate.
- 24. Arrange the marshmallows around the head.
- 25. Serve the cake and enjoy.
