Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp oil for spraying
Instructions
- 1. Gently pound the schnitzels between two sheets of cling film. Then season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Coat the schnitzels in flour first, then dip in the egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs. Press the coating gently.
- 3. Lightly spray the breaded schnitzels with oil and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180 °C for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown, turning them halfway through.
