Ingredients
- 800g large potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- apple sauce
Instructions
- 1. First peel the potatoes and peel the onion. Then grate both ingredients either with a grater or a food processor.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes and onions with eggs, flour, oat flakes, and a little salt.
- 3. Preheat the sandwich maker and lightly grease it with some oil.
- 4. Fill the batter into the sandwich maker so you get about 8 potato pancakes in total. Let the batter bake for around 10 to 12 minutes.
- 5. Take the pancakes out, spread them with apple sauce, and enjoy them.
