🍰 Recipe: Chocolate Muffins in Flower Pots with Marzipan Carrots

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 50 g baking cocoa or cocoa powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 10 small flower pots or muffin liners
- 150 g marzipan raw mass
- 1 tube food coloring (orange & green)
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sugar well. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, and milk, then add to the flour mixture. Stir everything into a homogeneous batter and finally fold in the chocolate chips.
- 2. Fill the batter evenly into the flower pots and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection: 160 °C) for about 20 to 25 minutes. Then let the muffins cool completely.
- 3. Color the marzipan raw mass with orange and green food coloring. Shape small carrots and attach green "leaves". Sprinkle the cooled muffins with crumbs as "soil" and decorate with the marzipan carrots: Your sweet flower pot dessert is now ready!
