🥤 Vegan Protein Shake with Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 500 ml soy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 30g oat flakes
- 100g chickpeas
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. First, add the following ingredients to a large blender: soy milk, banana, oat flakes, chickpeas, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter. Then, blend everything thoroughly.
- 2. Next, add the lemon juice and blend everything vigorously again.
- 3. Evenly divide the finished shake into two large glasses and enjoy immediately.
