🍰 Recipe for Delicious Cherry Strudel: Strudel Dough with Fruity Filling

Ingredients
- 1 package strudel dough or puff pastry
- 700 g cherries (pitted)
- 80 g sugar
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Mix the cherries with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Then stir in the breadcrumbs to bind the excess liquid.
- 2. Roll out the strudel dough and carefully place it on a kitchen towel. Distribute the cherry filling evenly on top, leaving the edges free.
- 3. Carefully roll up the dough using the towel and seal the ends well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
