Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat (mixed)
- 1 sheet puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and mix it well in a bowl with the minced meat, the egg, the breadcrumbs, and the mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 2. Roll out the puff pastry and evenly distribute the minced meat filling on top. Then carefully roll it up and seal the edges well.
- 3. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Let it rest briefly before slicing.
