  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. For each pancake, add about two tablespoons of the batter to the pan. When small bubbles form, flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other and generously spread with peanut butter. Decorate with chopped peanuts, banana slices, or a little honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
