- 1 sheet strudel pastry
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg
- 50 g sugar
- 150 g mixed berries
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix quark, egg, and sugar until smooth. Then gently fold in the berries to avoid crushing them.
- 2. Roll out the strudel dough, spread the quark-berry mixture evenly on top, and carefully roll it up. Seal the ends well.
- 3. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
