🍽️ Muesli Muffins with Berries

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g muesli of your choice
- 150 g berries (fresh or thawed)
- 100 g sugar
- 2 pieces eggs
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and place 12 muffin liners in a muffin tin. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, oil, and eggs well, then add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir everything into a homogeneous batter.
- 2. Add about half of the muesli and berries to the batter mixture and gently fold them in.
- 3. Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin liners and sprinkle the remaining berries and leftover muesli on top. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
