Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 10 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 20 blueberries
- 20 raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl to form a homogeneous batter.
- 2. Add oil to a pan and spoon small portions of the batter into it using a teaspoon.
- 3. Flip the small pancakes after 1 to 2 minutes and bake the other side until golden brown.
- 4. Now prepare small skewers (e.g., wooden skewers for finger food), spread the mini pancakes with nut nougat cream, thread them onto the skewers, and arrange them alternately with sliced fruit. Place a blueberry on top.
