  1. 1. Wash the lime thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the lime in half.
  3. 3. Cut each half into two quarters.
  4. 4. Peel the mango completely.
  5. 5. Cut the mango flesh into large chunks.
  6. 6. Puree the mango chunks with a hand blender.
  7. 7. Blend until no solid lumps remain.
  8. 8. Wash the fresh mint leaves under cold water.
  9. 9. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Take half of the lime quarters and put them into a drinking glass.
  11. 11. Mash the lime pieces with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
  12. 12. Add one teaspoon of cane sugar to the glass.
  13. 13. Add the fresh mint leaves.
  14. 14. Add the mango puree to the glass.
  15. 15. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  16. 16. Pour the remaining lime juice or additional mango juice over the ice.
  17. 17. Top up the drink with sparkling mineral water as desired.
