🍰 Lime Mousse – Creamy Dessert with Fresh Citrus Flavor

Ingredients
- 3 organic limes
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 80 g sugar
- 150 g Greek yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the limes thoroughly and finely grate the zest. Then squeeze the fruits and collect the juice.
- 2. Mix the mascarpone, Greek yogurt, sugar, lime juice, and lime zest well until a smooth cream forms.
- 3. Whip the whipping cream until stiff and gently fold it into the lime cream. Let the mousse rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and decorate with lime slices or fresh mint as desired.
