🍽️ Crispy Lahmacun with Meat Topping

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 180 ml water
- 2 red pointed peppers
- 200 g minced beef
- 2 onions
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tomato
- 50 g tomato paste
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, dry yeast, sugar, water, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
- 3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth.
- 4. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Put onions, tomato, pepper, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and tomato paste into a blender.
- 6. Add some oil and blend the ingredients into a fine puree.
- 7. Mix the puree mixture with the minced meat.
- 8. Season the filling with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Preheat the oven to the highest setting (top and bottom heat).
- 10. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- 11. Roll out each portion thinly.
- 12. Spread a heaped tablespoon of the meat filling onto each dough sheet.
- 13. Place the topped dough sheets on a baking tray.
- 14. Bake the Lahmacun on the lowest rack until they are golden brown and crispy.
