  1. 1. Put flour, dry yeast, sugar, water, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth.
  4. 4. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Put onions, tomato, pepper, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and tomato paste into a blender.
  6. 6. Add some oil and blend the ingredients into a fine puree.
  7. 7. Mix the puree mixture with the minced meat.
  8. 8. Season the filling with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to the highest setting (top and bottom heat).
  10. 10. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  11. 11. Roll out each portion thinly.
  12. 12. Spread a heaped tablespoon of the meat filling onto each dough sheet.
  13. 13. Place the topped dough sheets on a baking tray.
  14. 14. Bake the Lahmacun on the lowest rack until they are golden brown and crispy.
